​1. Client Consultation

We initiate a consultation with you to understand your specific ESG and Sustainability recruitment needs. This includes discussing the role requirements, desired qualifications, skills, experience, and the company's culture and sustainability goals and values.

​2. Job Analysis and Description

Based on this first consultation, we can conduct a thorough job analysis to create a comprehensive job description tailored to the ESG & Sustainability role. This description highlights the specific responsibilities, qualifications, & desired attributes you are looking for.

​3. Talent Sourcing

We employ various sourcing strategies to attract a pool of qualified ESG and Sustainability candidates. ​4. Candidate Screening

​8. Reference Checks

Reference checks are conducted to validate the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance before we introduce them to you. We contact the references provided by the candidates, typically previous supervisors or colleagues, to gather insights into their past performance, work ethic, and suitability for ESG and Sustainability roles.

​9. Shortlisting and Client Presentation

We present you a shortlist of top candidates, along with comprehensive briefing highlighting their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role. This allows you to review the candidates, provide feedback, or select candidates for further interviews. If you desire, we take the lead in coordinating interviews and facilitating negotiations between you and the prospective employee.

​10. Client Interviews and Selection

You conduct interviews with the shortlisted candidates, either independently or with our assistance. where you can evaluate the candidates' fit within your organisation's culture, their alignment with sustainability goals, and their potential to contribute to your ESG initiatives. We can coordinate and follow up with the interviews between you and the candidate. Following the interview process, you select the preferred candidate(s) for the role.

​11. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding

We can support you and the selected candidate(s) in negotiating the job offer, including salary, benefits, and other relevant terms. Once the offer is accepted, we can assist with the candidate's documents needed for the employment contract and support you with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the new role.
