The Wind Turbine Technician is responsible for the maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of wind turbines to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role is essential to supporting the operational efficiency and longevity of wind energy assets, helping to reduce downtime, optimize energy output, and contribute to the success of renewable energy initiatives. The Wind Turbine Technician works onsite, often in remote locations, performing both scheduled and emergency maintenance on turbines to minimize disruptions and maximize energy generation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of wind turbines

The CSO develops a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and business objectives. This includes setting goals, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing a roadmap for sustainable growth.

Execute preventative maintenance tasks, including oil changes, torque checks, and system testing, following established maintenance schedules and industry best practices.
