Strategy Development

The CSO develops a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and business objectives. This includes setting goals, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing a roadmap for sustainable growth.

to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Background and Sectors

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the renewable energy sector. An advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in a related field would be a plus. The candidate should come from a background in energy project management, solar and battery development, renewable energy consulting, or a related field.
