EnableGreen company is seeking a skilled and motivated Freelance WordPress Developer based in the Philippines to join our team full-time. As a WordPress Developer, you will play a key role in building, enhancing, and maintaining our website. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to exciting web development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites according to project requirements.
  • Build responsive, fast-loading, and user-friendly websites with optimized performance.
  • Implement themes, templates, and plugins to ensure website functionality and aesthetics.
  • Work with designers to convert creative concepts into fully functional WordPress sites.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and debug WordPress websites to ensure seamless performance.
  • Optimize websites for SEO and web performance (load time, mobile responsiveness, etc.).
  • Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins as needed.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for existing WordPress websites.
  • Migrate a website from the CMS Weebly to WordPress (very important skills)
  • UX and WordPress redesign 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of previous work.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, including theme and plugin customization.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
  • Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and database management.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
