Background and Sectors

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. A master’s degree or specific solar engineering certifications (e.g., NABCEP, SEI) are advantageous.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in solar PV design and engineering, with proven experience in commercial or utility-scale solar projects.
  • Professional engineering (PE) license, NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification, or similar credentials are highly desirable.

Driving Sustainable Growth in the Energy Sector

  • Photovoltaic System Design: Proficiency in designing solar PV systems, including knowledge of modules, inverters, wiring, and mounting systems.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with design and simulation software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, and HelioScope.
