Key Responsibilities

Guide LEED certification processes
Lead projects through all phases of LEED certification by advising stakeholders on requirements, credits, documentation, and strategies for achieving the desired certification level (Certified, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).

Develop and implement sustainable design strategies
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and developers to integrate energy efficiency, water conservation, material sustainability, and indoor environmental quality into the design and construction of new builds and retrofits

Strategy Development

The CSO develops a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and business objectives. This includes setting goals, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing a roadmap for sustainable growth.

Conduct sustainability assessments and reporting
Perform LEED project assessments, prepare technical documentation, and ensure compliance with certification criteria. Provide continuous feedback on energy modelling, daylighting, ventilation, and other green design components.
