You work closely with finance teams to embed ESG indicators into core reporting systems. This ensures that sustainability performance is reflected in budgeting, forecasting, and investor communications—bridging the gap between financial and non-financial reporting.

The CSO develops a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and business objectives. This includes setting goals, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing a roadmap for sustainable growth.

You stay up to date with evolving ESG regulations across jurisdictions. This includes assessing reporting obligations, advising leadership on compliance risks, and ensuring internal reporting practices meet legal and stakeholder requirements.
