Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Surrey, UK

Job Responsibilities

  • Update and manage sustainability and ethical trade policies.
  • Oversee ethical practices within the supply chain, including audits and collaborations with vessel owners, suppliers, and retailers.
  • Build relationships with key partners and ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Develop and manage CSR initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver the company’s sustainability report.
  • Manage the Ethical Trade Specialist reporting directly to you.

Qualifications

  • 2:1 or above Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sustainability, Business, Supply Chain Management) is required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Min. 4-5 years of CSR, sustainable supply chain experience cross-industry, preferably in FMCG or food industries.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Passionate about sustainability, supply chain and the food sector.

Package:

  • Salary: £45,000-£60,000 + discretionary bonus, pension, healthcare, life cover, and 25 days holiday.
