  • Mentor and support the development of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Promote the company’s environmental services, engaging with clients to expand business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the renewables division.
  • Drive sustainability objectives by integrating environmental best practices into all stages of project development, ensuring that all projects contribute to the transition to a low-carbon economy.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental consultancy, with a focus on renewable energy projects, particularly solar and battery storage.
  • Proven experience managing EIA processes for large-scale infrastructure projects, with knowledge of UK and EU environmental legislation.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in budget management, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
  • Experience engaging with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders in the planning and delivery of renewable energy projects.
