ESG Reporting Manager, Consulting, Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of ESG reporting strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with international reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret ESG data, transforming raw data into meaningful insights and narratives.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify key ESG stakeholders and tailor reporting to meet their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with global sustainability trends, regulations, and reporting standards to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique ESG needs and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., sustainability, environmental management, business).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG reporting or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of international ESG reporting frameworks and standards.
  • Exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change.
  • ​Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
