ESG Reporting Manager, Consulting, Dubai, UAE

Our client, a renowned consulting firm based in Dubai, is seeking an ESG Reporting Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their clients’ sustainability narratives. You’ll work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them showcase their ESG efforts and progress through compelling reports.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of ESG reporting strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with international reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
Gather, analyze, and interpret ESG data, transforming raw data into meaningful insights and narratives.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify key ESG stakeholders and tailor reporting to meet their expectations.
Stay up-to-date with global sustainability trends, regulations, and reporting standards to provide expert guidance to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique ESG needs and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., sustainability, environmental management, business).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG reporting or related roles.
Strong knowledge of international ESG reporting frameworks and standards.
Exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
