Job Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement ESG Reporting Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of the ESG reporting framework, ensuring alignment with key standards such as CSRD, NFRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG data across all European operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of changes in ESG regulations and standards, adjusting the reporting strategy as required to meet evolving requirements.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact for ESG reporting matters, working closely with cross-functional teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Internal Control and Assurance: Establish and maintain an effective system of internal controls over ESG data, promoting transparency and reliability in reporting.
- Enhance Reporting Processes: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation of ESG reporting tasks to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Integrate ESG into Decision-Making: Work with senior leadership to integrate ESG considerations into business decisions, financial strategies, and corporate objectives
- Prepare Stakeholder Reports: Produce and manage ESG analysis and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and customers.
