Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, integration, and implementation of energy storage systems for renewable energy projects, including grid-scale and off-grid applications.
- Work with technology vendors to evaluate and select energy storage technologies that meet the specific needs and use cases of clients.
- Provide technical leadership and direction in the development of energy storage solutions, from conceptual planning through to implementation and commissioning.
- Perform detailed techno-economic analyses to assess the feasibility and business case for energy storage solutions in various applications, such as peak load management and grid stability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural engineers, to deliver integrated renewable energy and energy storage projects.
- Contribute to the development of proposals, business development efforts, and client relationships, positioning the company as a leader in the energy storage sector.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, contributing to thought leadership through engagement in professional forums, conferences, and technical papers
- Support the integration of energy storage with other renewable energy systems, including solar, wind, and microgrids, ensuring seamless system functionality and performance.
- Travel domestically and internationally to support project delivery and client engagements as required.
