Job Responsibilities

As a Director, your primary role will revolve around expanding the business portfolio. This involves not only selling and overseeing the execution of top-tier ESG projects but also playing a pivotal role in the recruitment and grooming of our future leaders. Your responsibilities will span across various domains, ensuring our sustained growth and excellence.

Provide visionary leadership to build and grow the ESG practice, setting the strategic direction and fostering a culture of excellence.
Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, offering expert guidance on ESG strategies and initiatives.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of ESG professionals, driving innovation and excellence in service delivery.
Stay at the forefront of ESG trends, regulations, and best practices, sharing insights both internally and externally.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio and revenue streams.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in ESG and sustainability consulting, including a successful track record at the partner or director level.
