Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director ESG Consultant to join their team in Dubai. Job Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance and lead ESG consulting engagements for clients across various industries in the Dubai market.
Develop and implement tailored ESG strategies and initiatives, helping clients integrate sustainability principles into their business operations and decision-making processes.
Conduct ESG assessments, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance clients’ ESG performance.
Guide clients through ESG reporting and disclosure requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and standards.
Stay updated on global and regional ESG trends, regulations, and best practices, and provide thought leadership to clients.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique sustainability needs, and delivering high-quality consulting services.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the growth and success of the consulting practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sustainability, Business, Environmental Science). Advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience in ESG consulting, sustainability, or related fields, preferably within a consulting firm environment.
In-depth knowledge of global ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and reporting standards.
Familiarity with the Dubai market and understanding of the regional ESG landscape and regulations is highly desirable.
Strong expertise in conducting ESG assessments, developing ESG strategies, and implementing sustainable business practices.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to ESG analysis and decision-making.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
