As an ESG Director, your primary role will revolve around expanding the business portfolio.   • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, offering expert guidance on ESG strategies and initiatives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of ESG professionals, driving innovation and excellence in service delivery.
  • Stay at the forefront of ESG trends, regulations, and best practices, sharing insights both internally and externally.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio and revenue streams.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in ESG and sustainability consulting, including a successful track record at the partner or director level.
  • Deep knowledge of international ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
