Job Responsibilities
- Define and implement the company-wide CSR and sustainability strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Partner with senior leadership, legal, HR, operations, and communications teams to ensure CSR is embedded across departments and geographies.
- Lead engagement with external partners, including NGOs, policy bodies, and community organisations, to amplify the company’s social and environmental impact.
- Oversee non-financial disclosures and ESG reporting across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with evolving standards (GRI, CSRD, TCFD).
- Manage stakeholder communications around CSR initiatives, including annual impact reports, investor updates, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insight to continuously refine programmes and identify new areas for innovation.
- Act as a brand ambassador for ethical business practices and represent the organisation at industry forums and sustainability conferences.
